3. Credits

3.1. Credits are purchased with real money, and various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal may be used. Prepaid and gift cards are not accepted.

3.2. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their availability may vary.

3.3. Payments are typically processed in U.S. dollars, but depending on your location, other currencies may apply. Your payment provider may charge additional fees, which we do not control.

3.4. The platform may be unavailable in specific regions, and you may not be able to top up your account in such areas.

3.5. We may occasionally add free Credits to your account. These are non-refundable.

3.6. By using Credits, you acknowledge they are not legal tender and have no value outside of the platform. You do not own Credits, and they are for personal use only.

3A.1. The platform may offer subscription packages for Credits, allowing you to receive Credits regularly through recurring payments.

3A.3. Subscription renewals occur automatically, and payment methods are charged until the subscription is canceled.

3A.4. Users can cancel their subscription before the next billing period.

3-B. Chat Gems

3B.1. Chat Gems may be provided as a bonus when purchasing Credits. Chat Gems can only be used for chatting on the platform and are non-refundable.

3B.2. Chat Gems have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for Credits.

4. Automatic Top-ups

4.1. The platform may offer automatic top-ups to maintain your account balance, ensuring uninterrupted use of services.

4.2. Users can enable or disable Automatic Top-ups via their account settings.

5. Refunds

5.1. Please review this section carefully, as refunds are subject to this Policy.

5.2. In most cases, purchases on the platform (including Credits) are non-refundable. Exceptions are outlined below.

5.3. Two types of refunds are available:

Optional Refunds

5.7. Refund requests related to unspent Credits may be considered under specific circumstances, such as accidental purchases.

5.10. Refund requests related to spent Credits will generally not be accepted, unless due to platform service issues, scam or fraud suspicions, or unauthorized transactions.

5.12. Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days for card payments and 180 days for PayPal payments.
